Ahhh we love this place! Last month, with skies full of April showers we photographed our first wedding at River Cottage HQ! River Cottage is a working farm and cooking college near Axminster in Somerset (or is it Devon?) They hold very special events when they're not running a cookery school. Such a photogenic place with a beautifully preserved cottage, renovated barns and heavenly-tasting field-to-kitchen food. Catherine and Jim's humanist hand tying wedding ceremony took place in the barn whilst it hammered down outside - it was very special as was the rest of their relaxed and happy wedding. Such a unique spot to be married, we loved it. Can't wait to return.
