Oh my goodness where to begin!!! Megan wins the Nova medal for 'smiliest bride of the century' (I've just created that award, its official) Megan and Andrew's humanist wedding celebration took place at the rustic West Town Farm just outside Ide, a lovely village near Exeter in beautiful Devon. Our documentary, candid and unstaged style of wedding photography suited Megan and Andrew's relaxed Devon wedding day perfectly. A spit and sawdust kinda place, West Town Farm is a blank canvas, perfect for a relaxed, diy wedding and their hand tying ceremony in the orchard. Megs and Andrew went for a colourful festival theme with their wedding styling and it looked amazing! Colourful ribbons and bunting and gorgeous wild flowers everywhere, haybales and flower crowns aplenty, not to mention Megs illustrated biker jacket by 'Kate Illustrate' and her awesome pixie haircut crowned with flowers. Oh and a killer dress made by Livvy Ridley and stunning bridesmaids separates from Mix Bridal. And Grandad! Loved Grandad! Thank you Grandad for one of my fave pics of the year, the wolf whistle through the window, amazing. There's a lovely apple orchard at West Town Farm, it wasn't blossoming in July at Megan and Andrews wedding but created a lovely rural scene for their portraits complete with their fur children. We sauntered off after their crazy, emotional and brilliant hand tying ceremony to the old viaduct for some fun portraits, then up to the top of the hill for golden hour with the bridesmaids and best men and ushers. Just a lovely wedding to capture from start to finish, the crazy first dance to the silent disco!
Thank you gorgeous lovely girl Megan and her doting ace boy Andrew xx
